Workshop Summary

Elevate your story by putting it into its place. Maps have an unrivaled power to visually communicate geographical information. The addition of geographical context deepens the clarity and resonance of your narrative. This two-hour workshop will introduce users to the ArcGIS StoryMaps platform, where we'll explore how to integrate multiple media types -- including image, video, audio, and custom 2D and 3D maps -- into compelling, engaging, and substantive digital media output.

Note: While free and open to the public, the workshop involves use of the Esri ArcGIS StoryMaps platform. This is a licensed/proprietary software. A free public account is capable of making StoryMaps, but with some minor functional limitations. Please use your organizational (ASU or other) ArcGIS Online account for full access and functionality. If you are not part of an ArcGIS Organization, please create a free ArcGIS Online public account. If you are affiliated with ASU, please follow these instructions to join the ASU ArcGIS Online organizational account
