Interlibrary Loan - Library Express - Document Delivery

Interlibrary loan is a service to obtain materials from other libraries when they are not owned by any of the ASU Libraries.

Document Delivery is a service that provides copies of articles from ASU owned materials that are located on a different campus than the campus with which the requestor is affiliated. Campus affiliation is determined by the College with which the requestor is affiliated.

Library Express is a service that provides copies of articles from ASU owned materials to Faculty regardless of material location and campus affiliation. Tempe Campus staff and students may use this service for a fee if the requested material is located on the Tempe Campus. Library Express also delivers books to Tempe campus departments. This service is free of charge to Tempe Campus Faculty and fee-based for Tempe Campus staff and students. Note: Deliveries will only occur on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons during the Fall 2009 semester.

These services are limited to ASU faculty, students and staff. First time users will need to create an ILLiad account.

TIPS! To avoid unnecessary delays in getting your materials - search the ASU Libraries Catalog first. We also encourage you to add the ISSN to all article requests. Having the ISSN in the ILLiad request, means the RAPID system can begin a review automatically.
