Streamline Your Office Processes, Accomplish More, and Go Home Happy
The story is set at the North Pole in December, where the elves are furiously making toys. Unfortunately, the route list, which gives Santa directions to each child’s house and what presents to bring, is in danger of not being ready by December 24th. Without the route list, Santa would be unable to leave the North Pole, and Christmas would be delayed or canceled.
The novel follows the hero’s journey of the lead elf character, Martin, who must rise to the occasion. Martin has never performed Lean in an office and hesitates to become involved. However, over time, Martin builds his self-confidence and learns how to apply lean to ensure that the route list is ready on time.
