A Novel of the Mongol Invasions of Japan
"Kamikaze: A Novel of the Mongol Invasions of Japan" is a story of the indomitable power of love and honor set against the background of Kublai Khan's attempted 13th-century invasions of the Land of the Rising Sun. The page turner, which takes place in the turbulent Kamakura era, highlights Atsuko, an aristocrat, and Ichiro, a swordsmith, as they attempt to fulfill their forbidden love. Sword-wielding samurai, pirates, war lords and a zealous monk lend additional excitement of this fast-paced epic.
