Esri 2020 UC Complimentary Tickets for ASU Employees

As per ASU’s license agreement with Esri, our university enjoys the privilege of five (5) complimentary tickets for ASU employees to attend the annual Esri User Conference (UC).

This year’s Esri UC is currently scheduled for July 13-17, 2020 in San Diego, California (not withstanding the current public health situation).

In an effort to increase the efficiency, transparency, and equity of how these complimentary tickets are allocated, the ASU Library Map and Geospatial Hub has created a quick and easy-to-complete web form to determine who is allocated a complimentary ticket.

Apply for a complimentary ticket to the Esri 2020 User Conference. All submissions must be made by Friday, May 8, 2020.

The web form collects important information needed to determine each submitter’s eligibility, need, and merit to receive a complimentary ticket. Additionally, ASU employees are asked to submit a 50-200 word statement justifying/explaining their need and merit for a complimentary ticket to the Esri UC

Apply for a complimentary ticket to the Esri 2020 User Conference. All submissions must be made by Friday, May 8, 2020.

The collected inputs of this form will be reviewed by a group of GIS professionals at ASU who have and declare no conflict of interest in making the determination as to who ultimately is selected to receive the privilege of a complimentary ticket.

The data collected by this form will make determining the recipients of these complimentary tickets efficient and equitable.

Applicants will be notified of whether they were selected for one (1) of the five (5) tickets by Friday, May 15, 2020.
