The Laptop Loan Program is at maximum capacity for the spring 2023 semester. No devices are available for loan.

While loaner devices are no longer available, students may find that many of their computing needs can be fulfilled by visiting on-campus computing sites and libraries.

ASU has public computing sites, available on every campus for students in need of IT resources across the University. Additionally, all computers available in ASU’s libraries are equipped with the same software that is available at ASU computing sites.

Program information

The Laptop Loan Program is at maximum capacity for the spring 2023 semester. No devices are available for loan. Please check back before fall 2023 to see if the program has been renewed.

Students may find that many of their computing needs can be fulfilled by visiting on-campus computing sites and libraries.

ASU has public computing sites, available on every campus for students in need of IT resources across the University. Additionally, all computers available in ASU’s libraries are equipped with the same software that is available at ASU computing sites.

No, inventory is limited, and exchanges are not being offered.

Students should expect to return their loaned laptop when receiving an email asking for its return, when they are no longer enrolled in courses at Arizona State University, or when it is no longer needed by the student, whichever comes first.

To return a laptop, students must bring the laptop, charger and Suncard ID to the Tempe Technology Studio located at the Creativity Commons (CRTVC), room 140.
