Serial Solutions just let me know that they will be doing maintenance on Summon this Wednesday from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. At that time, they will be rolling out an update. I realize it’s short notice and not a good time. I will be asking them to schedule a different, off-hours time to do updates in the future. Please contact me if there will be any inconvenience. I’m not sure I will be able to change the outage time, but maybe we can brainstorm other options together. Thank you.
