Document Delivery

What is Document Delivery?

    • Downtown affiliated patrons can get articles and books from Polytechnic, Remote Storage, Tempe and West.
    • Polytechnic affiliated patrons can get articles and books from Downtown, Remote Storage, Tempe, and West.
    • Tempe affiliated patrons can get articles and books from Downtown, Polytechnic, Remote Storage, and West.
    • West affiliated patrons can get articles and books from Downtown, Polytechnic, Remote Storage and Tempe.
  • Interlibrary Loan handles the retrieval of articles and books from libraries outside of the ASU system.

Distance Education Students:

Distance Education students are considered just like students who take classes in person. They all have a program campus affiliation. Depending on which campus your program campus affiliation is, you have different options available to you.

  • Regardless of which campus you are affiliated with, Document Delivery does not deliver books to an individual’s home address.
  • If you are affiliated with the Tempe Campus, please see the Library Express webpage regarding how to get articles delivered to you electronically.
  • If you are affiliated with the Downtown, Polytechnic or West Campuses, please contact the library on the campus to determine what services they offer.
