RefWorks Group CodeThe ASU Libraries proxies RefWorks so that users should not need to use the ASU Libraries' Group Code to access RefWorks from off of campus. The two primary reasons why you might be asked for the Group Code are you are not accessing RefWorks using our library web pages and not configuring Write-N-Cite for off-campus use. 1. The RefWorks login page should always say "RefWorks User Login for Arizona State University". Always log into RefWorks from a library page such as http://www.asu.edu/refworks or http://lib.asu.edu/help/refworks . 2. Use of the Write-N-Cite software requires that it is configured for our campus proxy. 3. Users of Google Scholar must access Google Scholar through it's proxied link in order use it with RefWorks. 4. ASU users should see the RefMobile page for information about ASU's Group Code. |
