Small Media Equipment - Fletcher Library

West Library has several types of small media equipment available for short-term loan to ASU West students, faculty and staff.

To request equipment in advance: call West Library Circulation at (602) 543-8580.
Availability: dependent upon the timely return of equipment by other borrowers.
Default loan: 3 days. Loans of up to 7 days are available upon request. Demand for this equipment is high, we ask that you be judicious in requesting extended loans.
Overdue notices: none - check your account online.
Existing bookings may affect availability and reduce your loan to less than three days.
No back-to-back bookings.
Bookings are cancelled for items not picked up within the first 24 hours.
Loan includes user manuals. Instruction in the use of the equipment is not available from Library staff.
The Library does not provide videocassettes for the camcorders or disks for the digital cameras. Disks can be purchased at the Bookstore.

Small Media Equipment must be returned to the West Library Circulation Desk; it cannot be returned in bookdrops or at other ASU Libraries.
Equipment is inspected upon return. This inspection verifies all pieces are present and without physical damage.
Costs for loss or damage will be charged to your account.
- Loss or damage beyond repair - full replacement.
- Damage requiring repair - actual cost of repair.
Charges stemming from loss or damage are not eligible for appeal. There will be no reduction or cancellation of these charges.
