The Library's online system provides you with access to your account where you can do the following:
- See the status of items checked out to you.
- Renew items checked out to you.
- See fees and fines, if any.
- Add and/or modify your e-mail address.
- Search the catalog, save searches, and request certain library material.
- See the status of items you have requested.
- Verify Media Bookings.

Access Your Account
-> Go to MyAccount
Access to your account requires an ASURite ID and password. For more information or to reset your password see ASURITE User IDs.
View Your Account
-> Go to MyAccount
From the Fletcher Library Home Page click on My Library Account, enter your ASURite ID and password, then click on Login.

View Transaction Fees and Fines
-> Go to MyAccount
- Click the
button to view items with transaction fees and/or fines.
Direct questions related to fees of any kind to West Library Customer Accounts.
Renew Material
-> Go to MyAccount to renew books
The following items cannot be renewed:
- Videos, laserdiscs and DVD's
- Reserves
- Recalled items
- Interlibrary loans
- Check with the owning library to verify other non-renewable items
- Click the
button. - To view the items due soonest, click on
.
- Select the item/s you want to renew, then click
, or - Click the
button. This renews all eligible items on your account.
- Scroll down and verify renewal.

- If renewable items do not display as RENEWED, contact West Library Customer Accounts immediately.
- Print a copy of your renewal for your records.
Add/Modify E-mail
Faster, more reliable notification that replaces paper notices is accomplished through e-mail delivery. You can have more than one e-mail address. If you choose to submit multiple emails remember that the format must be correct (john.doe@asu.edu,john.doe1@aol.com) and a notice is sent to all e-mail addresses listed.
- Click the
button and enter your desired e-mail address/es. - Click the
button.
Check the status of Requested Material
-> Go to MyAccount
- Click the
button to view a list of items you have requested.

The status will be one of the following:
Status | What it means |
| SHELF or AVAILABLE | Request has not been processed yet. |
| DUE followed by a date | The date the item is due back. Does not guarantee availability by that date. |
| IN TRANSIT | Item is between library locations. |
| READY | Item has arrived and is ready for you to pick up at the Circulation Desk. |
| ON SEACH | The item was not found on the shelf. The library will search for ten days then notify you if not found. |
Verify Media Booking Requests
-> Go to MyAccount
- If you have any pending media books requests, you will see a text link saying "Item(s) booked for future use". Click this link to check your Media Booking dates.
