Oversized items that do not fit on regular shelving. Located on the west-side of the 2nd floor.

JETRO Collection

The Japanese External Trade Organization (JETRO) is a private organization partly funded by the Japanese government to promote trade and communication between Japan and other nations. The Fletcher Library has been a depository for JETRO materials since 1994, and receives books, journals, videos, and pamphlets several times a year. The subjects include Japanese business, economy, law, politics, and culture.

The JETRO collection is housed in the library on the east side of the second floor. Orange label covers indicate non-circulating and blue label covers designate circulating materials. All materials are fully indexed in the ASU Online Catalog.

Journals
A non-circulating collection of periodical literature. Current issues are generally in paper form while older issues may be in microform. Located on the west-side of the 1st floor.

Media
A collection of VHS videorecordings, DVDs, videodiscs, compact discs, and interactive media. Located on the west-side of the 1st floor.

Microforms
A collection of documents, journals, newspaper and other materials that have been filmed onto microfilm or microfiche. The following microform collections are located on the west-side of the 1st floor:

Newspapers
A collection of local and major national and international newspapers are kept on the west-side of the 1st floor, filed by title. Current issues may be in paper form while older editions are on microfilm.

Reference
A non-circulating collection of frequently used materials. Located on the east-side of the 1st floor and behind the Reference Desk in the library atrium.

Stacks
The circulating collection of books located on both sides of the 2nd and 3rd floors.
