Renewing Library Materials

ASU Students, Faculty & Staff

Renew in Person	Bring your items and a photo ID to any library circulation desk to renew.
Renew Online	Use the My Account function to renew online. Enter the information as requested and click on "Checked out items" button.You will then be able to view all items checked out and renew them individually or all at once. ASU Students/Faculty/Staff only.
Renew by Phone	Step-by-step instructions for renewing by phone, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Patrons who have registered their email with the Libraries will be sent an email confirmation of the new due dates.

If your item is not able to be renewed, it may be for one of the following reasons:

Materials are being recalled by another borrower.
Materials have exceeded number of renewals allowed.
Your borrowing privileges are currently suspended due to library fees, expired registration, etc.
Materials were checked out with special permission.
Materials are from areas that do not allow renewals such as microforms, reserve, and media.
Materials were obtained through Interlibrary Loan.
